See country houses for sale in London
A new initiative to help buyers in London find out what’s for sale in the country is coming to the capital in April

Hamptons International has announced the launch of an exclusive property evening, bringing some of the best country properties for sale directly to London buyers. The event will take place from 5pm – 8pm on Thursday 23rd April at Grosvenor Square in London.
The event utilizes Hamptons’ strong network of UK offices, enabling customers to market their country properties directly to a London audience actively looking to buy. Despite a slowdown in the UK property market last year, evidence has revealed a strong increase in consumer confidence during 2009, with new applicants currently at the highest level for 10 months.
The Hamptons Country Open Evening will showcase some of the finest country properties on the market with Hamptons and provide guests with the chance to obtain first-hand advice on moving to the country in the current market and where to buy or rent for excellent return on investment.
Guests will also have the opportunity to preview some of the very latest properties for sale and rent, before they have been marketed to a wider audience.
The Country Open Evening will feature properties from regions including Surrey, Sussex, Thames and the West Country, and bring together a high number of London buyers, property investors and tenants sourced from Hamptons’ strong network of over 85 offices worldwide.
For more information on the exclusive Hamptons International Country Property Open Evening or to include your property at this event please see www.hamptons.co.uk or call 0207758 8488.
