Country Life is launching an exclusive pop-up dining event in London with former River Cottage Head Chef Tim Maddams
The event will feature former River Cottage head chef Tim Maddams cooking one of the dishes himself in front of our guests; Pitfield London is an eclectic emporium of contemporary homewares and vintage curiosities owned by interior designer Shaun Clarkson – an ideal place to come together to celebrate local, seasonal food and cooking.
Chef Tim Maddams has created a menu especially for the event that reflects his passion for seasonal, local and wild ingredients.
