Peach and blueberries salad

* 2lb 4oz / 1kg peaches

* 1lb 2oz / 500g blueberries

* 6tbsp sugar

Peel and dice the peaches. Add the blueberries and sugar. Stir carefully to avoid breaking up the blueberries. Carry in a food cooler.
