On Tuesday November 3, from 6pm to 8pm, guests will gather at 25 Bruton Place, London W1, the developer’s elegant new Mayfair address, to be guided through six exquisite wines chosen with the season in mind. From the celebratory pop of Champagne to the rich indulgence of a fine dessert wine, each glass will be introduced by Berry Bros. & Rudd’s experts, drawing on more than three centuries of experience to offer tips on pairing and serving wines worthy of the Christmas table.
The setting itself promises to be as memorable as the wines. Beyond the tasting, guests will have the chance to discover the latest news from Ransome’s Wharf, London Square’s striking new scheme on the edge of historic Ransome’s Dock in Battersea’s creative quarter.
Berry Bros. & Rudd has been trading wines and spirits in London since 1698.
Comprising 118 homes with interior architecture by Echlin, the development will play a pivotal role in regenerating this stretch of the Thames, introducing a new riverside walkway and landscaped plaza, as well as restoring water flow into the dock for the first time in decades.
Positioned between Albert and Battersea Bridges and within easy reach of both Chelsea and Battersea Power Station, Ransome’s Wharf pairs a peaceful dockside setting with excellent connectivity. Prices begin at £1.1 million for a one-bedroom apartment.
