On Wednesday, September 23, from 6pm until 8pm, readers are invited to 25 Bruton Place — the newly established private venue of London Square and parent company Aldar, whose reputation for delivering some of the capital’s most covetable addresses precedes it — for a showcase of Kiki McDonough’s fine jewellery.
Holder of a Royal Warrant and a long time favourite of The Princess of Wales, Kiki McDonough has built her eponymous house on a simple, joyful premise: that a coloured gemstone, chosen for its character as much as its beauty, need never apologise for delighting the eye.
Guests will hear the story behind the brand’s founding and view a selection of her bespoke and signature pieces at close quarters.
London Square has gained a fine reputation for the sensitive restoration of heritage buildings, giving them renewed purpose for the 21st century.
Among its notable projects are the remodelling of the Grade II-listed Royal Star and Garter Building on Richmond Hill, the renovation of Toynbee Hall in Spitalfields and the conversion of a former pickle factory and a tannery in Bermondsey.

London Square's new development is an enclave of boutique apartments and duplexes of considerable quality.
The occasion marks the latest grand project for London Square: the transformation of the former Surrey County Hall, a Grade II*-listed essay in the classical manner, set upon 5.2 handsome acres in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
Long the seat of local governance, the building’s stately bones now shelter boutique apartments and duplexes of considerable quality, complete with contemporary new builds. Completion is anticipated from late autumn 2026, with prices starting from £450,000. Two show homes now stand open for viewing.
Residents shall want for little: a round-the-clock concierge, a yoga studio, a private screening room, a games parlour and co-working spaces besides.
